This is the permissions list for OOC (out of character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired.
Backtagging: Always and forever. I can tag pretty quickly, but I also don't mind if there's a couple days gap between tags. Basically, I'm happy to tag anything in my inbox for as long as the other party is willing.
Threadhopping: I don't mind, but I do like some prior warning just so I don't accidentally screw up tagging order or anything like that.
Fourthwalling: Preferably not unless an event calls for it.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Talk about whatever!

This is the permissions list for IC (in-character), activity.
Answer the following questions with "yes" or "no", as well as additional information if desired. With IC permissions, it's a good idea to elaborate on what other players can expect from your character if they choose to do any of the following:
Hugging this character: Sure. Go ahead. Depending on the type of relationship the characters share, it may or may not go well. Most likely the latter.
Kissing this character: Same as above.
Flirting with this character: He loves that kind of thing and the attention he gets from it, so definitely go ahead.
Fighting with this character: As if Seifer can go a week without fighting somebody. The combative personality is strong with this one.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): Considering fatal injuries will remedy themselves eventually, I generally don't care what you do if it's believable. Just let me know in advance!
Killing this character: Sure, if he doesn't get himself killed first by pulling stupid stunts.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Go for it.
Warnings: None, really. Although Seifer can have a foul mouth. Even so, it's still pretty PG-13.
